We are currently expanding into Kelowna and are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered nurse (RN) who values respectful care, clinical integrity, and holistic wellness.

Responsibilities

Conduct patient consultations related to low testosterone, and hormone optimization
Educate patients on wellness strategies, treatment options, and prevention
Administer intramuscular (IM) injections and assist with additional treatments (training provided)
Collaborate closely with medical assistants and clinic leadership
Maintain accurate, thorough documentation in compliance with BCCNM guidelines

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Lead Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing patient care, coordinating nursing staff, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
Develop and implement patient care plans tailored to individual needs.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes.
Conduct assessments of patients’ health status and adjust care plans accordingly.
Ensure compliance with healthcare policies, procedures, and regulations.
Provide training and support to nursing staff on best practices in patient care.
Manage patient records using electronic health record systems such as Cerner.
Facilitate communication between patients, families, and healthcare providers.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery.

Qualifications

Registered Nurse (RN) license is required; Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred.
Proven experience in acute care settings, medical offices, or nursing homes.
Familiarity with laboratory processes and procedures is a plus.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide nursing staff.
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and patients.
Ability to adapt to changing environments while maintaining high standards of care.
